toolfindr provides (a) a public directory and tracker of MCP servers with health checks and scores, (b) the Tool Finder MCP server, and (c) a hosted inventory that connects your AI agents to third-party MCP servers you choose. The current tier is free. We may introduce paid tiers. Any paid tier will have its own terms, which you'll accept separately before you're charged.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for the agents you authorize. Keep your email and GitHub account secure. You must be at least 16 [or the age of majority where required].
MCP servers listed or connected through toolfindr are operated by third parties. We don't control them, and we aren't responsible for their content, availability, security, or what they do with data you send them. Connecting a server and letting an agent call it is your decision. Review a server's terms before connecting it.
Don't use toolfindr to break the law, to access systems without authorization, to abuse or overload upstream servers, to evade rate limits, or to scrape the service beyond our published APIs and robots.txt. We may suspend accounts that do.
Scores follow our published methodology. Payment never changes a score or an organic ranking. Toolmakers may pay for sponsored placements. Sponsored placements are always labeled "Sponsored", in the website and in responses to AI agents, and appear separately from organic results.
Affiliate disclosure (FTC): some links to third-party products may be affiliate links. If you sign up or buy through them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Affiliate relationships don't affect scores or rankings, and affiliate links are disclosed where they appear [and marked rel="sponsored"].
THE SERVICE, THE TRACKER DATA, SCORES, AND ALL CONNECTED SERVERS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Health checks and scores are point-in-time automated measurements and may be wrong or out of date.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, INCLUDING DAMAGES ARISING FROM ACTIONS TAKEN BY AI AGENTS YOU AUTHORIZED OR FROM THIRD-PARTY SERVERS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF US$100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM [confirm cap]. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited (for example gross negligence or willful misconduct where applicable, or consumer rights under EU/UK law).

You can delete your account at any time at /app/account. We may suspend or end the service, or your access to it, with reasonable notice where practical.
